Zoe is the best! I’ve never had haircuts I love as much as hers and she’s so easy and fun to talk to. I always look forward to my appointments with her!

I’m super late leaving this review, but I didn’t forget to! This was easily the best haircut experience I’ve ever had. It’s the only time I’ve left feeling 100% confident that the hair looked good and couldn’t stop smiling the whole way home. Jess cut my hair and also gave me an incredibly thorough color consultation, complete with pricing information, ideas of what coloring my hair would look like, and even was kind enough to suggest that some of the other stylists could pull off the same look for a less money if I couldn’t afford her right now while assuring me that the price difference has more to do with professional certifications and years working, not actual capability to do the job (literally risking giving away a client just to make my personal PD experience better and more affordable? What next level customer service is that?) I’ve never had a haircut quite like this before. It’s basically a mullet, which is a style I’ve always been a bit afraid to try. I’m so glad I trusted Precision Decision with it, because I feel like it’s my new favorite hair. It’s so good that not only have all my friends complimented it, but even people at my gym who see me all the time were telling me how great my hair looked and asking where I got it cut (I went for a workout like two hours after getting it cut, so they saw it freshly styled too and I name dropped PD a good few times to people, haha). Plus, the vibes at PD were unmatched. Pride flags everywhere, furry art on the bathroom walls, advertisements for drag performers, and a general “fuck the current political situation” attitude scribbled everywhere. As someone who left Waco to get closer to this sort of culture in Austin, I’ve never felt more comfortable getting my hair cut. I’m so used to living in Waco where I keep my queer energy as toned down as possible in public spaces that it was incredibly relaxing to just talk openly about having a bf with my hair stylist and not dance around queer verbiage. I’ve now recommended PD to my boyfriend, as well as a lot of my friends in the Austin area. I had Jess cut my hair, of course, but I’m confident any of the employees there could do an incredible job based on talking to her about them. I will definitely be getting my future haircuts at PD. SportsClips has officially been ruined for me, lol. When I need it refreshed and cut again, or want a whole new style, I’ll be booking another appointment. You guys are worth every cent!

I’ve loved having Zoë as my stylist over the several years I’ve been coming to her. She is so fantastic with a razor, has great attention to detail and a lot of knowledge about hair care. She’s also just a kind person who’s great to talk to while she transforms my whole look. Precision Decision is such a cool, welcoming place too, I’m always made to feel right at home.

I always look forward to my hair appointments with Sara. She does an amazing job. I always receive compliments. Sara is so personable and delight to talk with.

Seriously such a good experience. I came in as a model for a class and didn’t really know what to expect, but they did an amazing job. Everyone was super kind and the vibe felt really comfortable, not intimidating at all. They actually paid attention to my face shape and what would look best on me instead of just doing something basic. You can tell they really care about what they’re doing and take their time. I left feeling way more confident and really happy with how my hair turned out. Definitely would recommend.

Maddye is amazing! If you have natural red hair that needs some help, go see her. She is brilliant with getting just the right cut and color.

Jess always gets my hair perfect! But this was by far the best she’s done!!! I’ve never liked a haircut so much. I was a little hesitant doing something a little different than what I usually do and she made me feel so comfortable and worked with me to give me a great haircut!!
