-CANCELLATION POLICY:
MUST cancel before 24 hours or will get charged a no-show fee of 50% of service. NO EXCEPTIONS. Rescheduling day of is still considered a cancellation, and will be charged.

If you arrive 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, your stylist reserves the right to cancel the appointment to ensure their schedule runs smoothly. May be subject to fee.
